Before shipment, each item is carefully inspected to ensure that it meets expectations and is of high quality, taking into account that our products are handmade and the stones used are always natural.

However, if for any reason something should escape our control, we offer a 14-day period to evaluate, appreciate and, if necessary, return the items.

If you are not completely satisfied, simply contact our customer service by email at info@creazioniitaliane.it. We will provide all necessary instructions for making the return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and the shipment must be trackable. Shipments made without a tracking number will not be accepted.

Once the returned products have been received and their integrity and conformity verified, Creazioni Italiane Worldwide E.Commerce Srls will issue the refund using the same payment method chosen by the customer for the purchase.
