RETURN POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal
A consumer Customer who purchases on www.aurux.it has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to purchases made directly on www.aurux.it by consumer Customers.
The return procedure on www.aurux.it cannot be used for products purchased in physical stores, marketplaces, third-party retailers or other websites.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send written notice within 14 days of delivery of the product to the following email address:
The communication must indicate:
Customer's first and last name;
order number;
order date;
delivery date;
product or products to be returned;
email address used for the purchase;
any bank details, if payment was made by bank transfer.
The Customer must wait for instructions from Creazioni Italiane Worldwide E.Commerce Srls VAT No. 11429360966 before shipping the return.
3. Return Shipping Costs Always Borne by the Customer
Return shipping costs are always borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Seller or in cases of a confirmed lack of conformity under the legal warranty rules.
The Customer is therefore responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The Consumer Code allows direct return costs to be charged to the consumer, provided that this information is given to the consumer.
4. Mandatory Tracked Return Shipping
The return must be made exclusively by tracked shipping.
The Customer must keep the shipping receipt and tracking code until receipt of the package is confirmed by Creazioni Italiane Worldwide E.Commerce Srls VAT No. 11429360966
Returns without tracking, sent by unverifiable methods or delivered without the possibility of establishing the sender, shipping date and delivery date will not be accepted.
The risk of return shipment remains with the Customer until the package is delivered to the address indicated by the Seller.
5. Deadline for Shipping the Return
After communicating the withdrawal, the Customer must return the product without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date on which the Customer communicated the decision to withdraw.
The deadline is met if the Customer ships the product before the 14-day period expires.

The product must be shipped, following prior communication and authorization by email, to the following address:

The Customer must include inside the package:
order number;
first and last name;
email address used for the purchase;
returned product.
Returns sent without sufficient information to identify the order may experience delays in processing.
7. Conditions of the Returned Product
The product must be returned in substantially intact condition.
In particular, the product must be returned:
intact;
clean;
not used;
not washed;
not scented;
not altered;
not damaged;
not tampered with;
complete with original packaging, tags, seals, certificates, pouches, boxes, labels and accessories received.
For jewelry, bracelets, scarves, silk ties and delicate accessories, the Customer must handle the product with particular care, avoiding any use that may compromise its integrity, cleanliness, scent, structure, shine, packaging or commercial value.
The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
8. Products Not Eligible for Return
The return may not be accepted, or may result in a reduction of the refund, in the following cases:
product used or worn beyond normal inspection;
product washed, scented, stained or altered;
jewelry or bracelets that are damaged, scratched, deformed or missing components;
silk scarves or ties with permanent creases, stains, perfumes, pulled threads, signs of washing or improper ironing;
missing packaging, tags, seals, certificates or accessories;
product returned in unsuitable packaging and damaged during transport;
product different from the one purchased;
product tampered with or repaired by third parties.
In such cases, Creazioni Italiane Worldwide E.Commerce Srls VAT No. 11429360966 may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to the established decrease in value, within the limits permitted by law.
9. Personalized Products or Products Excluded from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code. These include, among others, made-to-measure or clearly personalized products and, in cases provided by law, sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection if opened after delivery.
By way of example, withdrawal may be excluded for:
products personalized at the Customer's request;
made-to-measure products;
products modified according to specific Customer requests;
earrings, piercings or other products intended for direct contact with sensitive parts of the body, if the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been removed, where the legal requirements apply.
10. Inspection of the Returned Product
After receiving the return, Creazioni Italiane Worldwide E.Commerce Srls VAT No. 11429360966 will inspect the condition of the product.
The inspection may cover:
integrity of the product;
presence of signs of use;
presence of perfumes, stains, washing or alterations;
condition of the packaging;
presence of tags, seals, certificates and accessories;
correspondence of the returned product with the one purchased;
any damage resulting from return transport.
The refund will be made only after receipt of the product or after the Customer has demonstrated that it has been shipped, whichever occurs first, as provided by applicable law.
11. Refund
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, Creazioni Italiane Worldwide E.Commerce Srls VAT No. 11429360966 will refund the Customer the payments received for the returned product, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed between the parties.
Return shipping costs are always borne by the Customer.
Any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Seller will not be refunded.
In the event that a returned product is not intact, used, altered, damaged, scented, washed, or missing packaging or accessories, Creazioni Italiane Worldwide E.Commerce Srls VAT No. 11429360966 may reduce the refund in proportion to the established decrease in value.
12. Optional Store Credit
As an alternative to a refund, the Customer may voluntarily choose to receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product.
The store credit may be used on www.aurux.it within 1 year from the date of issue.
The choice of store credit is optional and must be expressly accepted by the Customer.
13. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
These Return Policies concern the right of withdrawal for change of mind.
For defective, broken or non-conforming products, the legal warranty of conformity applies, as indicated on the “Legal Warranty” page.
The Customer must contact Creazioni Italiane Worldwide E.Commerce Srls VAT No. 11429360966 at:
indicating order number, description of the defect and photographs of the product.
14. Unauthorized Returns
Products returned without prior notice, without tracked shipping, without order-identifying data or to an address other than the one indicated by the Seller may not be accepted.
In the event of receipt of products that cannot be identified or linked to an order placed on www.aurux.it, the Seller may require the Customer to pay the costs necessary to return the goods.
